Mushroom and
wild berries
Bogen
and
surroundings
are
an
excellent starting point for mushroom and berry
picking. One can even find morels in May/June. The forest soil is often
quite mossy, much to the delight of chanterelle lovers, and the
blueberries in the woods are fairly protected from low
temperatures in the early spring. In addition, there are cloudberries, cranberries and wild
raspberries; not to forget the wild strawberries!
